Thank you for taking note of our returns and exchanges policy before placing an order on our Aurum Paris website.

The products made by Aurum Paris are all tailor-made, to the customer's specifications, on their order, after a physical or virtual meeting. Each product is therefore made exclusively for and at the request of the customer. Therefore, all orders for products that have been customized for you in one way or another cannot be cancelled, nor can they be returned to us for exchange or reimbursement.

If the product is received by the customer by postal mail and does not meet the customer's expectations in terms of size, it can be altered within 14 days in order to make the necessary changes and to meet the specifications agreed upon by Aurum Paris and the customer at a new meeting, where both parties can agree on the alterations to be made. In this case, all returns for alterations as well as the return of the altered product by Aurum Paris and all associated transport and customs costs are at the customer's expense. The product agreed upon during the first appointment, as well as its specifications, may not be modified in any way, with respect to the materials or colors chosen, or any other modification that changes the nature of the product agreed upon between the customer and Aurum Paris during the appointments prior to receipt of the manufactured product by the customer.
